Before founding Calloway Mercer, Ms. Calloway spent six years as a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where she represented Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial disputes. She has tried more than thirty cases to verdict in state and federal court. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation.

Mr. Mercer began his career at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where he tried over forty felony cases before entering private practice. He joined Eleanor Calloway to found the firm in 2009. His practice focuses on catastrophic injury, car accidents, and premises liability. He is a frequent lecturer on trial advocacy.

Ms. Okonkwo handles all aspects of case development, from discovery through trial preparation. She has particular expertise in medical records analysis and expert witness coordination.

Mr. Park supports the firm's litigation practice, with a focus on motion practice, legal research, and client communication. He previously clerked for the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the Northern District of Illinois.
